I found this book at a secondhand bookshop in Park Slope Brooklyn about five years ago. So long ago that I think the only social media forum I could go to to share this gem was MySpace!  I thought it was time to do this book some justice.   It is a picture book composed of photos from old mail order catalogs from the 1950s conceived by Cooper Union graduate Carin Goldberg.  Look at this collection of images I chose from the book and wonder in amazement at how much simpler times were back then.  No models wearing the clothing, no on-location fancy photo shoots, just the garments.
